Shark fin soup is the reason for 73 million shark kills yearly, and the inspiration for Rob's first film Sharkwater. The subsequent outcry against shark finning led to the ban of shark fin soup in California and New York, among other places. However, there's still a large portion of the world who still use sharks for commercial gain.
