The Joker – Suicide Squad

The Joker is a character you're supposed to love to hate. Heath Ledger set the bar pretty high with his portrayal of the character in The Dark Knight, so when Jared Leto went above and beyond to get into character for Suicide Squad, everyone was anxiously awaiting the new Joker's debut. However, between the writing and costume design, Leto's Joker lacked the danger and unpredictability that the character is supposed to bring to the film. Considering how many major characters made appearances, the Joker was just completely outshone.
