Stay Away as Management seems support refusal service and insulting customers.

Was looking forward to holiday moving time with my family on August (2015) long weekend and ran into multiple issues. Was refused to served by on Duty Manager and accused of trying to steal food from the theater and made me late for my show by 5 minute. Took the time to write to give feed back. The "Cristin was simply following the guidelines outlined... " Wow I couldn't believe that when I read it! It is a shame that they don't have the customer service the theater is walking distance to me!

Old run down theatres

I want to like them but the theatres are old and rundown. No recliners or more modern and comfortable seating. Select your seats is a horrible experience. The theatres and complex as a whole needs revamping. The only "neat" thing is the choices the drink fountain offers.

Horrible Updates

Will never purchase popcorn here ever again. Popcorn is now a self serve behind a glass door and it's completely unsanitary. And behind those doors, where they fill up the bags, is a complete mess....popcorn everywhere. Prices for snacks are laughable they're so high! When you book tix online you can never tell where the aisle is, in the smaller theatres, and we always end up near the wall. You'd thinking reserving seats 1 and 2 would put you on an aisle but nope...only in some of them. And if you end up near the wall you're sitting side so far right to the screen. Hate it...we go to our favourite now... Cineplex...large theaters and Scene points a d popcorn served by a human!

Dirty with over priced concessions

$4.50 for a bottle of water - this is worse than Disney- at least Disney is clean. This theater was filthy, the washrooms had overflowing trash, paper towels on the floor and counter tops. Cob webs in the theater were disgusting. I have been to theaters in third world countries better than this one. Gross!

why did amc have to get bought out!

This movie theatre went from one of the best i've ever been to to the absolute worst. There call line is completley useless and messed up and there website is just as bad. But the worst thing of all is the fact that the movie theatre doesnt even open until 4:00. What ever happened to people who liked to see an early movie during the day? so frustrating and so disapointed with landmark cinemas. i want amc back.

Set up disgusting!

New set up for popcorn is disgusting! They do not have the popcorn behind the counter anymore. It is premade and put on shelves behind doors.while I was standing there one woman sneezed and coughed all over all the popcorn then two kids put their dirty fingers in a couple bags before mom noticed and stopped them. You can not get butter in the middle anymore. Needlessly to say I did not get any popcorn for my movie. Will never go back !!!!

If your kids just got his covid vaccine

Denied entry because if you get your 11 vaccinated as soon as is legally possible and there has not been enough time for them to have their second vaccine ie 4 weeks between they will send you packing. My unvaccinated 10 year old allowed in no problem!!! Will be boycotting This place for a while. I am fully on board with vaccines but they need to change this policy for kids who are just getting their vaccines.

Worse movie theatre ever! my phone was stolen and they couldn't care less

I left my phone there and i was the last person who left the theatre room at 12 am (last movie) one of the staff must have stolen the phone and when I called they were mean and didn't care and couldn't help me. will never go there again worst experience of my life

COMPLETE DISASTER

We were sent to the wrong theatre, forced to watch over 30 minutes of previews only to discover it was the wrong movie. Thanks to the duration of the previews there was no chance of catching the movie we originally requested and any other flicks of potential interest. The icing on the cake was the manager's complete lack of personality and willingness to make any form of concession. She did not seem to understand or grasp that largely due to staff or computer negligence the end result was a highly negative customer experience that this customer is not likely to forget anytime soon.
